pp Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the pp platform and all its services. "We", "our" or "pp" refers to the authority operating this platform. "You" or "member" refers to any person registered on the platform or interested in registering.

"Services" refers to pp's website, mobile application, casino games, sports betting, live casino and all other features. "Account" refers to the personal profile created after registering as a member. pp reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account and use any service on pp. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from attempting to register. pp may request identity documents for age verification at any time, and failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.2 Account Registration

Each member may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be cancelled and any funds held in those accounts may be forfeited. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and your own. Opening an account with false information is a violation of these Terms.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect your account is being used without authorisation, contact the pp support team immediately.

• Only one account per member is permitted.
• Sharing account details with third parties is prohibited.
• It is advisable to change your password regularly and use a strong password.
• Transferring your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

pp accepts deposits via Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka), applicable equally for each method. Members may deposit at any time. If a deposit amount is not correctly credited to your account, notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals can also be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal requests must be made from the mobile number registered on the account; funds cannot be transferred to a different number.

3.3 Transaction Verification

pp reserves the right to verify any transaction for security purposes. Suspicious transactions may be temporarily held and an OTP or additional verification may be required. Accounts linked to money laundering or fraudulent activity will be permanently closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on pp will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, making the balance ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000. No winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn before the bonus amount has been wagered 25 times.

4.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses

pp runs various promotional offers for members from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms, wagering requirements and validity period, which are clearly stated in the relevant offer description. It is mandatory to read the specific terms of any offer carefully before accepting a bonus.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If evidence is found of creating multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits, placing coordinated bets with others, or any form of manipulation, pp may immediately cancel all bonuses and associated winnings on those accounts and reserves the right to suspend them.

5.1 Accepted Games and Betting

pp offers games across various categories including slots, live casino, sports betting, cricket, fishing games and more. Each game has its own rules and it is each member's responsibility to follow them. If a connection is lost during a game, pp will determine the result based on its own server records.

5.2 Bet Cancellation and Changes

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed. However, if an event is cancelled or a round or bet is voided due to a technical error, the stake will be returned to the member's account. In sports betting, odds may change depending on match conditions.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Using software, bots or automated methods to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the game system is prohibited.
• Colluding with other members to place bets is prohibited.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical fault on the platform is prohibited.

All your information is kept secure through SSL encryption technology. Your personal information is not shared with any third party except where required by law. For any matters relating to data storage or deletion requests, please contact the support team.

• Do not treat betting as a source of income.
• Avoid betting under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.

8.1 pp's Right to Close Accounts

If any provision of these Terms is violated, if a member is involved in fraudulent activity, or if a member attempts to harm other members, pp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice.

8.2 Closure at Member's Own Request

A member who wishes to close their account voluntarily may contact the support team. The opportunity to withdraw any existing balance will be given before the account is closed; however, if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met, that bonus will be cancelled.

If you have a dispute or complaint, you are advised to contact the pp support team first. pp provides support in Bengali and English via live chat and email, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

After a complaint is submitted, pp will investigate and respond within a reasonable time. pp's decision will be considered final; however, if a member is not satisfied, the right to take legal action in accordance with applicable law remains. pp always strives to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, but temporary service disruptions may occur due to technical issues, server maintenance or loss of internet connectivity. pp accepts limited liability in such circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pp will not be liable for any indirect losses or lost profits. pp is not responsible for any loss caused by problems with a member's own internet connection or device.

All content on the pp platform — logos, graphics, software, text and games — is the intellectual property of pp or its relevant licensees. Copying, distributing or modifying these without written permission is prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers is owned by those organisations, and the terms of use for that content are governed by the respective provider's policies.

pp reserves the right to modify these Terms in part or in full at any time. Members will be notified in advance via their account or by email for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered full acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Bengali version of these Terms is considered the primary document. In the event of any ambiguity, pp's interpretation will be considered final.
